Step 03: Deploy

What happens

Install day is decided weeks earlier.

Most installation delays have nothing to do with the install. The equipment is late, the lift isn't booked, the carrier circuit isn't in, or nobody told the building manager.

Deployment catches those things early. We order and stage equipment, book carriers and installers, confirm site access and power, and keep a shared schedule so everyone knows what's happening. Then we install to the design. When something changes, we tell you what it affects and what we're doing about it.

  • Equipment ordered and staged
  • Carriers and installers booked
  • Site access confirmed
  • Installed to the design

One step or all five

Bring your own design. We build it.

If you already have a design or a scope, from us or anyone else, deployment can stand alone.

Just the deployment

We review the design for anything that would stop an install, then order, stage, schedule and install it, at one site or across many.

Yours to keepThe installed network, the schedule and the change log.

As part of all five

Nothing is lost between the people who designed it and the people who install it, because they're the same team.

Where it goes wrong

What usually causes delays.

Parts arrive late or wrong

An installer shows up and the brackets, licenses or cables aren't there.

What we do insteadWe order, check and stage everything before the crew is scheduled.

The carrier sets the date

A circuit or carrier approval slips, and nobody finds out until install week.

What we do insteadWe track carrier dates from day one and plan around them.

Nobody owns the problem

An issue lands between the installer, the carrier and the landlord, and it sits there.

What we do insteadOne project lead owns every issue until it's closed.

Our approach

How deployment works.

  1. Order and stage

Buy, check and pre-configure equipment so it's ready to install.

  2. Book the outside parties

Carriers, installers, lifts, electricians and any landlord approvals.

  3. Ready the site

Confirm access, power, cabling paths and a place to work.

  4. Install to the design

Mount, cable, power up and configure, with a record of what went where.

  5. Run the schedule

One shared plan, regular updates, and early warning when something moves.

Getting ready

What we prepare, and what you do.

01

Equipment, ready to install

Ordered, checked and staged before crews are booked.

02

One schedule

Carrier, installer, lift and landlord dates in one place.

03

A site readiness check

Before anyone arrives.

04

One project lead

Who owns every open issue until it's closed.

What you get

What you walk away with.

Yours to keep, whether we do the next step or someone else does.

You keepWhat it is
Installed networkMounted, cabled and configured to the design.

Shared scheduleTasks, owners, dates and dependencies, kept current.
Change logEvery change to the plan, why it happened and what it affected.
Practical next step

Tell us which step you need.

One step or all five. Share the sites, the problem and the timing, and we pick up from there.
