Use case · 5G WAN

A complete network for sites with an end date.

Jobsites, pop-ups, events and seasonal locations need internet, Wi-Fi and cameras quickly, and removed cleanly when the work is done. We deliver it as one managed package.

Sound familiar?

What it looks like day to day.

A typical scenario based on the environments we work in, not a specific customer.

  • The jobsite trailer runs on phone hotspots
  • Cameras and time clocks have no reliable connection
  • Every temporary site gets a different setup
  • Nobody knows who owns the gear when the job ends

Why it happens

Temporary shouldn't mean improvised.

Temporary sites still need secure internet, Wi-Fi and cameras. A portable 5G-based kit can be staged, shipped, moved as the site changes, monitored, and retired with a record of what was there.

What we do

How we fix it.

5G WAN connects a location to the internet over the cellular network, as its main connection, its backup, or a separate path for emergency access.

  1. Coverage check at the site

Pick carriers and antennas for the location.

  2. Build the kit

    5G router, Wi-Fi and camera connections, pre-configured.

  3. Deploy and move

Set up fast, and relocate as the site changes.

  4. Retire cleanly

Remove, recover and document at the end.

Every site starts with a coverage check for each carrier, so the right carrier and antenna are picked before anything ships.

What changes

What's different after.

Up in days

Online as soon as the trailer lands.

Secure and managed

No more hotspots and shared passwords.

A clean exit

Gear recovered and accounted for.

Is it a fit?

Where this works, and where something else fits better.

We recommend what solves the problem, even when it's a different solution.

A good fit for

  • Construction projects
  • Events and pop-up retail
  • Disaster recovery and seasonal sites

The end-to-end path

  3. MANAGED EDGEFirewall · VPN · monitoringEnterprise security and control
  4. SITE SYSTEMSUsers · cameras · accessTemporary production workflows

Multiple gateways do not equal resilience if they share one carrier, tower, power source, antenna location, or unmanaged configuration.

How the result is tested

  • Mobilization test Deploy the complete kit from inventory using field documentation.
  • Carrier test Measure primary and alternate paths at each site phase.
  • Application test Run users, cameras, access control, voice, and cloud services.
  • Power test Exercise UPS, generator, restart, and remote recovery behavior.
  • Move test Relocate the package and revalidate antenna and service conditions.
  • Closure test Recover assets and verify SIM, credential, subscription, and data disposition.
